Nourish Your Birth™ is a 6-week in-person birth education course that meets weekly for 2.5-3 hours. Each week you will experience the hands-on learning of an in-person class, as well as additional online learning via a virtual class you can watch anytime from the comfort of your home!
$600/per couple. $300 to register, with remaining $300 billed after class 2.
No matter where you are birthing, this course will help you advocate for the best care for yourself and your baby, as well as empower your partner to be a present and active participant in the birth. But birth goes beyond knowing “all the things”. It is an expansive, powerful, raw life-changing experience. Work with Raquel to discuss fears and doubts and help your partner and yourself prepare mentally for becoming parents.
